WHAT IS AN ERNERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE, (EPC)
 
The Energy Performance Certificate is a compulsory
requirement under EU Parliment for Domstic buildings that are marketed for sale from December 2007 and for Properties let from Oct 2008.
 
It details average running costs for Heating, Hot water and lighting in the home.
It will also quantify how energy effcient the home is and how to cut costs with energy efficiency measures.
 
The reports are prepared by a vistit to your property by a qualified Energy Assessor where the inspection takes approximatley 60-90 minutes to collect the required data this is then issued to the Landmark Data base where a national registration number is issued and your completed certificate is issued. this is usually within 24hrs of inspection.
