provisions effecting the property (e.g Planning permissions or new road schemes etc Land searches Water and Sewage search.
EVIDENCE OF TITLE
This consists a Land registry document which details the legal ownership of a property
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
This document gives information on the energy rating of the property and indicates how further running costs can be achieved with recommendations. An accredited Inspector will need to visit your propery to take various readings and measurements,
This Item of the pack is a requirement under European Directive in order to cut fuel bills and carbon emissions from homes.
